Following a review of our Connection Services Charges, new revised prices are now available.
We provide new gas connections, alterations and disconnections for residential and non-residential customers. You can begin a new application here or if you already started the online process, you can resume the application here.

Following the introduction of new regulations under the Government's Transport Management Act 2004, we and other utility companies will now have to obtain permits to work in public highways. These regulations apply in certain London Boroughs from 11 January and in Kent from 25 January 2010.
In the majority of cases, the cost of obtaining a permit will not be passed on to our domestic customers. However, should you cancel the planned date for works and request a revised date, a second permit will be required and will be chargeable to the customer.
