    By DOMESTIC we mean a single residential property, usually a house or a flat but this could also be a caravan, chalet, annex or any other 'dwelling'.

    By COMMERCIAL we mean business premises e.g. shops, pubs, offices, factories or schools. 

    MULTIPLE services and capacity upgrades are classed as commercial applications even if they are in domestic properties.
