Across the UK we’re learning to live with Covid-19, but as we return to business as usual, we know people in the communities we operate in may still have concerns about the virus.
Your safety, and the safety of our employees, remains our number one priority as we keep gas flowing to homes, hospitals and businesses.
Protecting our customers and our colleagues
Although coronavirus restrictions have been removed, please help us protect you, and our teams, by following these steps if we do need to enter your property:
- If you or anyone in your house is displaying symptoms, please let us know and ensure you keep a safe distance from our engineers
- Feel free to wear a mask while our engineer is in your property and if you would like our engineer to wear one too, please ask
- Clear space for us to access your gas meter if it’s inside your property

We’re immensely proud of how our employees have risen to the challenges throughout the pandemic.
