How it works

Apply for quote

Apply online for a quote.

Our online application has helpful tips and guidance, or our friendly team can answer any questions you have.

For most jobs, we'll send a quote straight away. We might need some more information, but we'll get in touch to let you know.

Accept and pay

Take the time to read over the details in your quote. If you want to go ahead with the work, you can accept your quote and pay online by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Planning your work

Once you’ve paid, our team will review your job and contact you to arrange a date to start work. They’ll answer any questions you have and talk you through what will happen.

Getting connected

Before we arrive on site, you’ll need to make sure we have clear access to the area we need to work in.

Our team will let you know how long the job will take. And we’ll restore any areas that we’ve disturbed within 5 working days.

If it’s a new connection, you’ll also need to arrange for your energy supplier to install a gas meter. We’ll give you a Meter Point Reference Number to help with this.

Follow up


After your work has finished, we’ll get in touch to make sure you’re happy. You’ll also get a customer service survey, your feedback is really important to our team and we want to be sure that we’ve delivered a 10 out of 10 service.
