Godstone-based colleagues dug deep to support the local wildlife centre last month as part of our volunteering programme to support organisations and charities.

The team united with Cappagh employees to construct a step-free access ramp into the British Wildlife Centre's picnic area. This will enable wheelchair users to enjoy lunch alongside friends and fellow visitors.

Our Regional Manager Amy Curley said: "The centre have been struggling to find a way to fund this for such a long time and we as part of the local community and mostly all parents ourselves were beyond excited to be able to help and make happen."

With Cappagh's support, our team grabbed their shovels to get the job done. A huge thank you to Cappagh for generously providing the path sub base, edgings, tarmac and skilled labour to support this fantastic cause.

Our Community Action Programme gives our team the opportunity to volunteer for charities or good causes close to their heart on company time. Visit our Community Projects page to find out more about CAP and to nominate a worthy cause in our shared communities.
