We’re delighted to announce that we’ve recently received Customer Contact Association (CCA) Global accreditation for looking after our customers.

CCA is the professional body for leading brands in customer experience so to receive accreditation is a real testament to everyone at SGN.

Following a robust assessment process, we passed with flying colours. Some of the assessor’s comments include:

  • There is a very clear commitment to doing the right thing for customers and this was evident throughout the report with survey results reinforcing some of the great initiatives and strategies that are in place.
  • The assessment highlighted your key strengths: your focus on customer experience, your robust processes, various improvement initiatives and your colleagues’ commitment.

Director of Customer Service Maureen McIntosh, who was thrilled with the news, said: "I am really proud of all our colleagues in our contact centres. The feedback from the CCA was brilliant and shows that all the work our contact centre colleagues have put in over the years to ensure our focus on customers has been a success.

“The CCA was really impressed with our excellent service and our commitment to providing a leading customer experience. This recognition means our customers can be assured of our high customer service standards.”

The announcement comes following recent award wins for our Customer Service team, including at the Gas Industry Awards and gold in the Team of the Year and Innovation in Customer Service categories at the CCA Global Excellence Awards.
