YES Energy Solutions
Why we’re working together
There are many practical ways households can safely reduce their energy costs, including simple measures such as improving draught proofing and using energy more efficiently.
However, it’s not always easy to access the right information or get expert advice, particularly for vulnerable households.
YES Energy Solutions is a Community Interest Company committed to helping people reduce their energy bills and live in warmer, more comfortable homes.
We first partnered with YES Energy Solutions on a holistic energy advisory service in 2023.
Since April 2026, we’ve come together with Wales & West Utilities to offer an expanded energy advice service to households across Scotland, Southern England and Wales.
Through our Warm Homes Independent Advice Service, we’re delivering a free telephone-based service that connects households with energy experts to help them use energy safely, efficiently and affordably.
What we’re achieving together
- Providing personalised energy efficiency advice and safeguarding support
- Helping households access energy efficiency grants and schemes
- Raising awareness of carbon monoxide safety
- Promoting the Priority Services Register and helping households sign up for the free service
- Increasing household incomes through benefit eligibility checks
