Our commitment to creating an inclusive workplace has been recognised at the Employee Network Awards with two major honours for Ability@SGN.
The network for colleagues with disabilities or health conditions, or who are carers for those with health conditions, won the award for Outstanding Ability Network, recognising its outstanding contribution to disability inclusion, championing accessibility, amplifying colleague voices and turning lived experiences into meaningful action.
Ability@SGN also won the evening’s ultimate accolade of Network of All Networks, selected from the winners from each of the eight network categories to celebrate the “best of the best”.
The Employee Network Awards celebrate the achievements of workplace networks that champion inclusion, support colleagues and help organisations create environments where everyone can thrive.
Jonathan Bryson, Econometric Manager and Co-Chair of Ability@SGN, said: “We're incredibly proud that Ability@SGN has been recognised with two awards, which reflect the commitment, enthusiasm and collaboration of our colleagues who devote their time to create supportive spaces, raise awareness and drive positive change across our business.

The awards are a testament to the passion, dedication and hard work of the volunteers who lead and support our employee networks. Through awareness campaigns, colleague events, policy improvements and ongoing engagement, they continue to help make SGN a more inclusive place to work.
