Loss of gas supply - Bryanston, Dorset DT11 0PP

Monday 26 February - 12.30pm

We have now visited each affected property to restore supplies and carry out safety checks. There are fewer than 10 properties without gas.

Our engineers will continue to revisit these remaining properties, where there has been no access, to reconnect gas supplies.

If you were out when our engineer called, please call our 24-hour Customer Service team on 0800 912 1717 and we will arrange for an engineer to revisit as soon as possible.

Saturday 24 February - 5.45pm

Our engineers have made great progress today and gas supplies are now available in The Cliff and the surrounding area in Bryanston.

Our team is now revisiting all affected homes to reconnect the supply and perform safety checks. Our work will continue into this evening.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and would like to thank the local community for your patience and support today.

Saturday 24 February - 11.30am

We are aware that supplies to 105 homes in the Bryanston area have been affected due to an issue with a gas governor, which is equipment that helps maintain pressure in the pipeline.

Our engineers are on site to resolve the problem.

For safety reasons, we have to turn off gas supplies at the meter of each property affected. Our engineers have been visiting all affected customers to do this.

We have electric hot plates and heaters available for vulnerable customers such as elderly people and those with young children. If you need to speak with our team or need additional support, please call us on 0800 912 1717.

At this time, it's too early to estimate how long it will take to restore supplies, but we'll keep you informed of our progress here.
