SGN will carry out works in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council on Wellhall Road, Hamilton, starting on Monday 7 September. The works are expected to last approximately 12 weeks.
To allow the work to be carried out safely, there will be a lane closure on Wellhall Road when exiting the roundabout from Hillhouse Road. The inside lane, closest to the grass verge, will remain closed for the duration of the works.
The majority of our work, which will relocate the current gas main at the request of the council, will take place on the grass verge adjacent to the road. The lane closure is necessary to help keep the public and our teams safe while the work is carried out.
